Now I have another question. I was trying to do sat nam meditation by Dr. Feelgood for Extasy and Protection on www.yogatech.com and there's a typo. It suggests to chant Wahe and turn head to the left and Guru and turn head(again) to the left. Apparently one should be "to the right" So which one? and does it matter? Here's I copied and paste it and took it in to <>. ******************************++++********************************** Hold the breath briefly, then exhale, turning head over alternate shoulders, chanting <<Wahe over left shoulder,>> and <<Guru over left>>. Relax and work with the prana and sound current. You'll feel good right away, and feel the energy of all the planets.
