I have been doing kundalini yoga on and off for years. I really like

learning new ways to bring happiness and prosperity into my life and those

around me. I would like to teach yoga but I have no money and a little boy.

He is a real yogi. Amazing. I have no real religion but I am a strong

spiritual person reaching towards becoming one with the one. I look forward

to being in this group. I have put on weight since have a child and this

upsets me, so sometimes I hide my dance. Thanks

Please, don¹t hide your dance! Gaining weight after having a child is

normal, just try and love your self.

Do you look at others and think they should hide because they have gained a

little weight(I don¹t think so) so don¹t put that weight on your shoulders.

I am new to kundalini, but am a hatha yoga teacher, maybe you can learn as

much as you can from books .
