Guest guest
Sat Nam! I am looking for two specific meditations/yoga sets. The first one would be to fight procrastination and the second to create a new beginning in my spiritual practices and life in general. KY is so scientific and complete! I thank you very much for any help! Have a wonderful day!! Wahe Guru!!! Sat Sangeet Singh http://www.Care2.com Free e-mail. 100MB storage. Helps charities. Guest guest
Sat Nam Brother, Jaap Sahib (not to be confused with Japji Sahib) is a big help with creating the capacity to get on with things and the courage to be successful and be Radiant. There are several versions to listen to including a version using just the last four lines ( go/start.cgi/store/shop.html?showprod=CD11031 ). It is best to learn it and chant or listen to it while sitting on the heels and performing the "Yogic punching" motion on page 62 of "Transitions...." go/start.cgi/store/shop.html?showprod=P01001 . Also, Tapa Yog Karam Kriya ( http://www.yogitea.fr/yogitea/article.php4?id_article=76in ) is very specific to your question. For the English go to page 103 of "Sadhana Guidelines". COMMENTS from book: We cannot improve the caliber of the human being, but we can guide it. When we guide ourselves and are not at the mercy of subconscious habits then we become master of the self. But overcoming old habits and starting new ones requires strong nerves and willpower. This kriya develops willpower and gives the capacity to understand the elements of your personality. You can know what you are thinking and regulate the flow of those thoughts. This kriya is a perfect sadhana for difficulty in completing projects and doing what you intend. <> Sat Nam and Buen Suerte, Dharam Singh tulasi3 wrote: > > Sat Nam! > > I am looking for two specific meditations/yoga sets.
