Guest guest
Hi, recently i chatted with a woman who is left-handed but being brought up as a right-hander. She experienced a big shift in being when she started to accept her left-handedness again and practiced writing and other daily-actvities as a left- handed person again. There was an integrating force coming into action and her sense of wholeness was re-established within her. A question came up to my mind what all this has to do with the yogic concept of polarities, the nadis, left/right brain etc.... Do you experience specialities with left-handed persons in your classes ? Are there any advices for the exercises for left-handers ? Do we even need to be aware of changes in the nadi-concept while teaching left-handers ? What do you think ?
