Guest guest
Sat Nam SS, The soul's desire starts as a small spark sometimes and I think many of us ignore this or blow it off. I know I did until I started this 1000 day kriya. After a while the soul becomes the driver, I feel like I'm on automatic. The ego stops getting in the way at some point. Push through the challenges. 70 days is great! Gururattan gave some great advice, as always. I like Gururattan's quote from Yogi Bhajan, that says it all. I interpret that another way, 'How long do we accept mediocrity to avoid pain'? That's not directed at you. I felt lonely at times doing this kriya, most of the people in my life could give a bucket of rusty nails that I'm donig this kriya. But the results I feel inside are priceless. Lets see though, ..how do we change the world? I know one kriya at a time! A thousand day kriya? Multiply that times 2500, (the members here) wow!!!!!!!! So congratulations, and stay with it!! Guest guest
Dear Deva and All, This is such a beautiful testimonial from your soul. (Included below. I liked rereading it. I hope it inspires others to commit to a daily practice and then to 40 days and then to ..... And how are you doing after your 1000 days? Do you miss having your arms up in the air for 62 minutes? Blessings, Gururattan Kaur :+) > Sat Nam SS, > The soul's desire starts as a small spark sometimes and I think many> of > us ignore this or blow it off.
