Guest guest
Sat Nam Good Morning Beautiful Souls, I've been doing the Exercise Set for Kidneys on pages 60 & 61 from Relax & Renew and have a couple of questions. 1) When doing exercise #5, is the navel center pulled in on each chant of "Har". It seems the natural thing to do. 2) Re: Kunchun Mudra - we're told to relax after part A. On part B of the Kunchun Mudra, we maintain the upward pull, is the mudra in the first part also held during part B? This is a great kriya. Thanks for any help you can give. Guest guest
Sat Nam Guru Prem, such a beautiful name...what does it mean? this is a really good question that I hadn't considered.... when chanting HAR, I have always pumped the belly (habit from doing other HAR meditations) I look forward in hearing the response to your question (: 2)yes the mudra & arms are held...only the tension is relaxed.... I too love this Kriya, in fact (thanks to Gretchen) it has become one of my favorites, (: bless you, Jiwan Shakti --- Catherine Skyrm <cskyrm wrote: > Sat Nam Good Morning Beautiful Souls, > I've been doing the Exercise Set for Kidneys on > pages 60 & 61 from Relax & Renew and have a couple > of questions. > 1) When doing exercise #5, is the navel center > pulled in on each chant of "Har".
