Guest guest
Hello Guru Shabd, Thank you very much for posing those questions. Being left handed myself i've always wondered when performing kriyas that emphasize one side or the other whether i should be reversing that or not. Funny how i never actually managed to ask that myself. :-) Sat Nam, Sahib Singh >> gral_im_tree Wrote: { Hi, recently i chatted with a woman who is left-handed but being brought up as a right-hander. She experienced a big shift in being when she started to accept her left-handedness again and practiced writing and other daily-actvities as a left- handed person again. There was an integrating force coming into action and her sense of wholeness was re-established within her. A question came up to my mind what all this has to do with the yogic concept of polarities, the nadis, left/right brain etc.... Do you experience specialities with left-handed persons in your classes ? Are there any advices for the exercises for left-handers ? Do we even need to be aware of changes in the nadi-concept while teaching left-handers ? What do you think ?
