Sat Nam Tessa!

 

Suspending the breath (it should never feel forced or difficult!) allows us

to extract the Prana from the breath. Prana is the life force. As we build an

excess supply of Prana; the body is brought to health, we experience radiance,

youthfulness, and as healers we are able to practice Pranic Healing.
