I like the loving, supportive lessons that I read there. I am looking forward to the support that is offered. I'd like to be more disciplined in daily meditations. I, too, need to FIRST, consistently sit quietly daily and concentrate on breathing. So much I want to do and making KY an everyday necessity is one of those.
