Hi, I am a new member. I have been becoming familiar with the kundalini yoga

online classes for several months. I like the loving, supportive lessons that I

read there. I am looking forward to the support that is offered. I'd like to be

more disciplined in daily meditations. My first goal is to simply sit quietly

and work on breathing. Thank you, Drianke

Welcome to the group. I, too, am new to this forum and really enjoy

everyone's love and support, knowledge. I, too, need to FIRST, consistently sit

quietly daily and concentrate on breathing. So much I want to do and making KY

an everyday necessity is one of those.
