kirtan kriya question

Sat Nam! I've been doing the 11-minute version of the kirtan kriya for over 100

days now, along with the spinal and navel sets, and all of this is having

amazing effects in my life. I don't know how I lived without KY before!! Thank

you so much Gururattan for putting the KY course on the web!!! It is a Course

in Miracles!!!

 

I've been considering increasing the length of my meditation, maybe to 22

minutes, and was wondering if there is a 22-minute version of the kirtan kriya?

Or would I need to go straight to the 31-minute version? I still have some back

and leg pain (actually my legs fall asleep) if I sit for the 31-minutes and

thought perhaps 22 would be a better next step for me.
