Namaste,

 

I just started by a seven minutes Rakhe Rakhena Har meditation. I was

to remember it by heart because of my teaching course which I was and

still receiving. I was not able to learn it by heart and the more I

repeat it and even write it, the harder it was to learn. Then, as I was

feeling so uneasy, I decided to practice it 11 minutes first thing in

the morning. 40 days and I was even loosing words. I was feeling very

bad. I mean, I was okay at work but I started to watch myself, Anything

wrong with you Maryan?. Yes, I could not follow my Mantra. Then, I

started to do Sadhana every single day. That was the way, not only I

did learn my Mantra but I waking up every morning since then to

practice Sadhana. This is my little experience. I cannot make a day

without my Sadhana. It had to happen and it did but in a different way.

Oh Savior Lord, save us all and take us across.

Uplifting and giving the excellence, You gave us the touch of The

Lotus Feet of the Guru, and our works are embellished with perfection.

You have become merciful, kind and compassionate, and so our mind does

not forget you.

In the company of the holy, you carry us across, from Misfortune,

calamities and disrepute.

The Godless, slanderous enemies you finish them off in an instant.

The Lord Master is my Anchor and Support. Oh Nanak, hold firm in your

mind.

Remembering Him in meditation, happiness comes, and all sorrows and

pain simply vanish.

 

Chanting this mantra provides protection against any negative forces

you may be encountering. It clears the way for happiness to enter your

life by removing pain and sorrow from your heart.
