Maybe you could try LDB with a suspension of breath on the inhale and

suspension on the exhale. Retaining or suspending the breath after exhale

releases

energy on a subconcious level against fears. Do you know your tantric numerology

and your Dosha type? Vata's naturally have lots of fear when out of balance

and perhaps you have a Karma to release fear in this lifetime.

Thank you for your advice. Should one do a few LDBs with the suspensions

after spinal warmups or after nabhi kryia and then do Kirtan kryia?

I am a Vata type, and my tantric numerology says karma of 4.
