Guest guest
Please don't take this wrong, but....all abuse is self abuse. When we don't love ourselves enough so that we would not allow anything to happen to us that is bad for us, then, we are lacking in self-love. Not only is this a terrible thing for her, but her family as well. Everything we do, affects everyone around us. (we are all connected, etc). Personally, I think it is the most important thing that one works on for the self. Kundalini yoga definitely helps. It is difficult for most of us to understand this concept. I have been doing the Sodarshan Kriya everyday, and I don't know when I will stop doing it, I'm not there yet. All I know is that I am re-evaluating my life and I don't intend to repeat any of my lessons. Maybe your friend will benefit from this Kriya as well. She needs to be strong enough to know what steps to take and have the courage to take them. With love, Sunder
