Guest guest
Never, ever, ever, ever practice Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan without tuning in with the Adi Mantra. The word "Kundalini" has been interpreted as "hair of the beloved". To not make some loving effort to align your consciousness to some sense of your higher self before practicing this powerful technology may give you something other than what you want or need. Tuning in with the Adi Mantra assures that your experience will be one that will serve your true self and relationship to your own Soul and not your ego (limited self).
