In terms of cleansing, I have had profound results with the "Arise

and the price is right if you know a representative, as I do and one

who also happens to be an RN and can vouch for the results as she is

now built a full time practice around assisting folks in doing this

cleanse. It takes 3-4 weeks and may seem long but should take some

time to undo bad habits - anybody saying it takes a lot less is

pulling both your legs down past your ankles. Also, at that length it

becomes a Sadhana in that there is schedule that must be maintained

regarding when to eat or ingest something.

This cleanse and anything worthy of your time and energy will not

only clear your body but your mind be very clear with an improvement

in ones outlook on life. You'll also have lots of energy which is a

good measure of how well your body is handling the cleanse.
