I know that there is some kind of saline salt rinse you can use as well. When he does his yoga, tell him to do it without force and breath very gently when doing the breathing excercises. Another idea is to steam your face several times a day. I know the shoulder stand is supposed to be really helpful. I have that nasal stuff too. Hope some of these ideas help. I know with nasal problems you can do the yoga but it won't help if you hurt yourself.
