Guest guest
Sat Nam! An Ayurvedic way to treat these concerns is to bring Kapha Dosha back to balance. Avoid dairy, use eucalyptus, camphor, frankincense essential oils in Abhyanga. Rub lavender essential oil behind the ears, get up before the sun, avoid naps and sitting around. Try to spend more time outdoors, doing vigorous work or exercise, running is great for Kaphas; BOF gets them moving also. Avoid stagnation of any sort. Go on a cleanse, 4-9 days. Drink lots of ginger and lemon tea. Use nasya oil in the nostrils, massage head, face and neck with the warmed nasya oil. We are transitioning from the Kapha to the Pitta season so Kapha is draining from our system and we can help it along with the above suggestions. Let me know if you would like more specifics or more explanations. More info on my web site about the Doshas. www.skyoftheheartyoga.com Blessings in Health!
