Sat Nam. I am going to be teaching the kriya "Raise

Kundalini In Quick Order" on page 28 of the Sexuality

and Spirituality book.

Can anyone tell me the benifits of the following

postures

 

1. Table Pose

 

4. Spinal Twists with the arms overhead

 

5. Body Drops

 

8. Finger Lock

 

9. Bow Pose

 

 

I would like to give students some info on what the

poses are doing for them.
