Guest guest
Hi, Chris: Coincidently, I just posted to join in a 40 day mantra meditation for prosperity. I would like to extend myself and do the Gan Patee Meditation with you also. Kirtan Kriya was one of the first meditations that I have done. It's the one that I mentioned that I have not been able/committed to complete 40 days in a row. I will share, if I may, I have done this kriya and most of the time felt great. After a week or more into it, I would get to a point where I was consumed with emotion. It was like I wanted to cry, but couldn't. It became very trying for me. I could get out the SA, TA, and when I would get to NA or the MA, I could no longer speak the words! I would describe it as a feeling of sorrow or powerlessness. Sometimes I would just sit with it; this is all I could do. Then, I would just try to continue. Mentally I could continue the SA, TA, NA, MA, however, I could not verbally say the words due to the experience of the feelings. Mainly due to managing my schedule and not making KY a priority, I stopped this kriya. Sometimes, I think I could use burning up some Karma, therefore, Gan Patee sounds like it will be double the blessing. Let's do it. As they say, keep up.
