Sat Nam,

Hey all of you energetic spirits! I have a puzzling question that

needs answering, is kundalini addictive???

The reason i ask is because i have been doing kundalini for almost a

year now and if i skip ONE day, i feel empty, unfulfilled, and

unsatisfied. If its not a reliance on kundalini, then what is it?????

Thank you

-Matt Taylor.

A connection to your higher self is not an addiction, it is part of who you

are. Kundalini yoga is a means to contact that part of yourself that can

guide you. Elaine

* It is reliance on your soul and your heart. KY is a technology to deliver

you to your true self. You are finding that you are more comfortable

feeling connected to the infinite within you than to the emptiness of your

limited ego.

Dear Matt,

Very briefly, reliance on Guru Dev.
