Could you please review the directions for the meditation before we start though? BTW, my name is Avneesh Singh (Michael Conley) from Milford NH USA. I just finished yoga teacher training in Millis MA -- we had an awesome experience with Hari Kaur and Gurucharan as our primary teachers. I'm trying to develop a new career after realizing during the training that I was a bit ...uninspired...by my job. However I do need to put food on the table for my 3 kids and therefore need to really rise to the challenge of staying present and elevated while I teach high school special ed and at the same time remain open to new possibilities. I have taken teacher training outside KRI and plan to do teacher training at Yoga West in Los Angeles this fall. Teaching and working with others is my calling. I cannot verbalize the sense of purpose and the love I feel when teaching. When I complete the training next spring, I am selling my home, leaving the insurance industry after 30 years, moving to northern CA, Redding, and opening a yoga studio. I have visualized this new career, it actually came to me in a mediation complete with wall color art work and the garden, and I have a sense of how it will feel. My teacher is helping as life coach, dream come true guru. Follow your dream. Do what is in front of you now, but don't let fear of financial insecurity stop you from achieving your passion.
