Sat Nam,

Judy, Joan, Betty, Joanne, Elaine, and Michael:

I will be starting the 40 day prosperity meditation this evening.

I will be doing the subagh kriya that Judy posted at the end of her

E-mail (thanks, Judy) or the short version (3 mins) posted by Guru Ravi

(I'm also committed to Gan Patee, 37 more days to go):

Drop your upper arms along side of the torso, bring your pinky side of

the

hands to touching, (palms facing up) in front of the solar plexus. Eyes

1/10th

open, gaze at the tip of the nose. Turn your palms to face the floor and

strike

the index finger side of the hands together while chanting "Har" (God)

let the

tongue strike the palate with each chant; chant from the navel center,

outloud and powerful! Turn the hands back to facing the sky striking the

pinky side

of the hands together chant "Har" You should strike the sides of the

hand

together with some force. Chant in this way for 3 minutes a day and

watch

prosperity FLOW into your life!

Oh yes TUNE IN first!

I understand Joan expressed concern about the time we would be tuning

in. There is a saying about "time", but I don't have it handy so I

don't want to mess up the great understanding of it, and I figure there

is a 3 hour time difference between California and PA, therefore, I am

not going to be concerned about us all sitting at the same exact time.

I believe we are together in Spirit and time. And I haven't graduated

to morning Sadhana (never was a morning person - it's all I can do to

get my shower, a quick bite and get to work on time in the morning).

Also, I am sending out a thank you to the person that posted where I

could locate "Lifting the Veil". I appreciate your reply.

Blessings in prosperity,

Brenda

Sat Nam,

As regards the 40 day prosperity meditation and time, my question was not the

exaxt time, but should it be done both morning and evening or only once daily.

Sometimes I am a slave to this watch on my arm! I'll just do it and let time

take care of itself!

Love and light,

Joan
