Guest guest
I´m past 40 days with gan pattee meditation i do it at 1145-1230am. because this is on the cusp of one day finishing and another day beginning im I still going to get the results? I feel sleepy after and always sleep after, a good sign. I´ve been stimulating my mulahara with another meditation in the morning simular to conquering pain kriya which gets me out of my sad self and into action energetically. I have a limp from CP and this is probably why my 1st chakra is out of kilter. Am is still getting the cleansing if im avoiding pain energetically? What should i do? -Chris Mail Stay connected, organized, and protected. Take the tour
Guest guest
Dear Chris, I´m past 40 days with gan pattee meditation * Great. i do it at 1145-1230am. because this is on the cusp of one day finishing and another day beginning im I still going to get the results? * If you do it you get results. Am is still getting the cleansing if im avoiding pain energetically? * Yes. At some point you will feel that you have less resistance to feeling the pain. And the less resistance, the more the pain can subside. We hold pain in place with resistance. Sat Nam, Gururattana :+)
