Guest guest
This question is specially for Dharam though of course every opinion will be welcomed. I sent it specially for him cause in certain previous e-mail I do remember that he gave some special advices for people with the sun in Virgo. I remember he told these people use to have dark circles around his/her eyes and certainly I do (by the way I was borned 27/8/1967). My cuestion is which kind of kriyas and meditations should be specifically recomended for people like us. Also I would like to know (if possible) some recomendatios on foods (to eat and to avoid). Just a few more things I investigated my tantric numerology and thats why I´m doing the RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUNG meditation every day. I´m doing also doing pelvic lifts in my sadhana (as Dharan recomended time ago) and in the evening I´m doing the kriya for balancing the three nervous systems (sympathetic, parasympathetic and central) (this is the kriya I´ve chosen for my 1000 days objective as my tantric numerology reading recomended) Hope this hasn´t been too extended or boring. Comments will be apreciated. Sat nam Juan Canary Islands _______________ Horóscopo, tarot, numerología... Guest guest
Sat Nam Juan, First, please, your email is not "extended or boring". One should take the time to give a decent representation of themselves in this medium, in particular. I was using your numerology ( http://www.sahej.com/Tantric_Numerology.html ) in making that assessment and not Astrology. You were born in the Eighth month and so you typically would be challenged in that area (the Pranic Body). Additionally, you have a Balance number (aka Deep Foundation) of the EIGHT. Dark circles under the eyes are an indicator of chronically taxed adrenals. The adrenals are taxed because the Pranic body is not strong due to the breath not being regular and flowing (and with that, your emotions and feelings, and energy through the Diaphragm). I don't remember all of what I suggested you try but I may not have offered that one way to open up the Pranic body is to give up any secrets, to foster deep intimacy in your communications, be as completely visible and as known as possible.....like a child who has not yet LEARNED to fear being himself. A child who trusts himself learns that from his mother. This will take having an Aura (The Seventh Body) so that you can feel safe with your feelings and thoughts, and begin to have a container for the Prana. Chanting is one way to cultivate that sense of protectedness (a Mother's Love) and capacity to contain. A Mother is the one person that a child should never feel shame in the eyes of. In Yogic terms there is a sort of progression through the Bodies, as you may see. Go to the link above for more yogic info. The Ra Ma Da Sa meditation is powerfully healing, uses the breath and chanting but has the additional quality of pure power and rambunctiousness when chanted loudly, as it should be. It sounds like you're keeping up very well. Make sure to integrate your experiences and make time for play, or make your work-life playful. Find and be in that perspective where you bring your sense of innocence, purity and childlike-ness to your vocation. Lastly, take time to do the watermelon fast. Do nothing but watermelon for 3 to 11 days. Eat a watermelon a day. Your Kidneys will love you. You pee a lot. A lot. A lot. More than you think. A lot. Psychologically, this will put you into another area of your being you may never have known existed, or at least remembered. Let us know if you try it. I will be doing it in 2 weeks in preparation for Summer Solstice and White Tantric in New Mexico. And now I have a question for you. Where is this "kriya for balancing the three nervous systems"? Which book? How is it for you?? Sat Nam, Dharam Singh Millis, MA P.S. How is that big Volcano over there doing? (Cumbre Vieja?) Does it smoke?? ahi va eso wrote: > > > I sent it specially for him cause in certain previous e-mail I do > remember > that he gave some special advices for people with the sun in Virgo. > > I remember he told these people use to have dark circles around > his/her eyes > and certainly I do (by the way I was borned 27/8/1967). > > > My cuestion is which kind of kriyas and meditations should be > specifically > recomended for people like us. Guest guest
Sat nam Dharam, Sat Nam Chris from madrid, Sat nam all First of all thanks for your extended and clear response. The kriya i do refer (Thanks for remembering Chris) is the kriya for balancing nervous and immune systems and is on two of GRK books: As chris said is hard for the arms (I´m doing 11 minutes) but i needed to work urgently on controlling my anxiety (you know I need to come to that state of "be still and know I´m god"). I´m stiil on it and will be for several months more for sure (really I have no target time, I´ll trust on my inner self). It´s been know one year with this kriya (by the way congratulations Chris 2 years over it and 25 mints each time seems awesome to me). The other recomendation you did Dharam was that Pelvic lifts should be done to open the diaphragm no matter which set would I be doing (if it´s not part of it I do it before the set or after the set). Needless to say that I do It everyday. And related to the water melon fast I´ve got to say that I do have a problem. Before explaining the problem I want to declare that since two years ago my diet means eating only fruits, cereals, honey, fruit juices, dried fruits (specially nuts and dried grapes) and a few suplements (a vitamin one, a protein one also the trinity roots in pills, i mean a garlic jengibre and onion) and everything goes fine with my body, (I don´t remember a flu nor any other illnes in this period and i used to have some in fact in this time only just a few low intensity coughs and that´s all). Above thah I have had an historical problem with elimination that since I began with KY and changing my diet has almost disappeared (before I used to eliminate 3 times a week no more and in as very difficult way, now I do everyday and easily). And this long introduction comes to the point that my dinner is now always only fruit and of a kind (I mean no mixes and changing the chosen fruit after several months to avoid long time routines). So I decided to introduce the watermelon as this fruit (I know this is not a fast cause in the other two meals of the day I eat other fruits, cereals, dried fruits and all the other things but I did it just to try) but what happened was that my elimination was much more difficult and the rate decreased clearly. So I decided (Thinking that it could have a similar effect to change watermelon for pineapple) and things about this point are pretty good again. Don´t know the reason but these were the facts. Hope this be clear and million thanks in advance for any idea or advices. Sat Nam Juan. P.S. Sorry to say that ther volcano is not smoking (I say sorry meaning that is a wonderful spectacle of course if it doesn´t mean more serious things afterwards) but we have an eye (and ears too) on the mountain cause the last big eruption on the islands wasnt so long ago (1974). _______________ Descubre la descarga digital con MSN Music. I have heard that one should not cantaloupe with any other food. As cantaloupe is another form of melon, one may need to take that same advice for other melons. At any rate, if you take a mouthful of melon and "chew" it, there is practically nothing solid remaining after the juice has been swallowed. Judging from your numerology, the constipation issue may have it roots in something other what you are eating. The "Deep Foundation" aka "Balance" position in a person's chart is important in reading how one is digesting life's experiences on the subconscious level. If there is blockage in this area, it is easy to understand how constipation on a physical level can result. Clear up the Pranic (Eighth) body and a boatload of issues will just dissolve. I encourage you to go forward with the watermelon fast. Your Kidneys will love you. The Adrenals are on the kidney meridian. Kidney qi/yang deficiency is synonymous with Ojas depletion. Ojas is the subtle, but real, glue that keeps Body, Mind and Spirit together. Fear (Vata imbalance) and anger (pitta imbalance) on any level of the psyche dries Ojas up. Guest guest
sat nam, just to add to this, i have heard that one should not eat any other food with melon. that is, when eating melon, eat ONLY melon. i don't know if it's considered okay to mix different melons together, nor which tradition(s) espouse this theory, but definitely: melon by itself. > > I have heard that one should not cantaloupe with any other food.
