Sat Nam Everybody,

I want to thank all those people who have responded to my questions. Gururattan

and Dharam you´ve helped to elevate my downtrodden spirit and your encouragment

has kept me going. As i continue practicing more questions keep coming up so

you´ll have to be patient with me. I have Cerbral palsy and i have been dealing

with fear and anger issues for most of my life directly related to a mulahara

imbalance. Arm kriyas which stimulate the mulahara have given me a new lease of

life erasing my axiety and helping me to find the strength to get up in the

morning. After 2 years my arms are really tired. Are there any other practices

that specifically work on the mulhara. Body drops and...? Chris

Dear Chris,

Sat Nam. Yes, body drops are good. To stimulate the root chakra, practice

rootlock. You can work with root lock internally to stimulate a lot of

energy. Combined with the navel pulsing, the whole mulbhand is very

powerful. Add breath of fire first and you can build up a lot of energy.

You do not have to have your arms up in the air for this.

You don't have to do arm exercises to the extent that they make you tired.

This could be taxing your kidneys. However, when arm exercises are called

for in a set, how about putting your arms up for a few seconds to feel where

the energy is being stimulated and then put them down and continue the

stimulation with the breath (whatever is called for in the exercise.)

You are doing great.

Sat Nam,

Gururattana :+)
