Guest guest
A question. Im currently working a little with Sabrina Masko´s book Healing mudras. She studied with YB and many of his mudras are featured. 1) When working with strengthening the arcline meditation for increased confidence or with any other mudra do you need to set the navel before? since this relates more to your aura or not your chakras is setting the navel necesary? Masko´s book mentions nothing about the navel center and says that the mudras with regular practice can change your life. Whereas YB says that meditation without a set navel will have little transformative effect. ¨you can meditate for three years and get less effect than with three days of meditation with navel power.¨ -Chris madrid

Always work with your navel. This is where our energy is generated. This is what give you power and the strength to commit and to make and break habits. Do a meditation that pumps the navel every day for 3 days and then just sit there for 3 days and monitor your response.
