I do it in easy pose with hand in gyan mudra -- thumb and forefinger touching. Blessings, Gururattana :+)

It's a really good one!! Ardas >
Guest guest
Dear Ardas, Are the fingers pointing forward, up or at an angle? What Gurunam book is this in? Thanks. Guest guest
Gururattana, The fingers are pointing straight forward. Actually, now that I think of it, I didn't find it in a book - I found it in the notes to his triple mantra cd. I don't have any of his books, but I do recall perusing one of his books in a bookstore, where he described that mudra as the "tree of life mudra," referring to the left and right pillars in the kabbalistic tree of life. This is supposed to balance your polarities. (I don't remember which book, or if he was talking about the mudra in reference to the triple mantra or not) Anyway, the fact that he calls it the tree of life mudra makes me wonder whether it came from Yogi Bhajan or not - but either way, I've found it to be a powerful mudra for the triple mantra. It really gets healing energy going through the hands too. love Ardas Mail - PC Magazine Editors' Choice 2005
