Sat Nam,

I wonder if there is someone who can help me over this matter. I am a kundalini

teacher and I have a student who suffers from miastenia and I would appreciate

any kind of advice about this illness. I have some information about this

illnes I got in some books but I am not sure if exercising isin fact what she

really needs. I stress on meditation with her rather than asanas, but she wants

to follow the rhytm of the class, no matter how difficult the exercise is. Of

course I do not want to stop her for phicological reasons from doing the kriyas,

but I am not sure if that is the best thing to do for her disease.

She has been doing kirtan kriya for a couple of months. Is that all right for

her, is there is any other meditation better for her case?

I really appreciate any help, and any kind of advice on this, since I know it is

not an simple case.

thanks in advance

Sat nam,

Those who cannot do the exercises physically should be taught to do them

internally. They can move the muscles internally that they would use to do

the complete movement. This is very powerful. In fact I teach my students

to do this before starting the exercises so they use the appropriate

muscles.

Also emphasize the breathing.
