Guest guest
Hi I am Vijaya Saradhi, I want to learn Kundalini from long time and I had not initiated for 2 years, now I found the group and wish to join. Before I start 1st lesson, I heard there will be some side effects of Kundalini, if not done perfectly, due to which I had not started it. But today after finding a group I thought of clearing my doubt and start it. Can any one advice me on the same. Thanks and Regards Saradhi SAMUDRALA VIJAYA SARADHI
Guest guest
Sat Nam, the only "side effect" of KY that I know of is that you will start feeling better immediately. Of course, it should be done correctly, that is to the best of your personal ability. Some folks are less "able" and some folks more so. The practice of Kundalini yoga is in no way a competition. We are all after personal growth of the physical, mental and spiritual variety. How we get there, at what rate and through what discomforts is strictly personal. Go to the class, pay attention (listen), do YOUR best, don't compare yourself with others and most of all enjoy!
