Guest guest Posted June 9, 2005 Report Share Posted June 9, 2005 Sat Nam everyone, I'm new here, and i tried to do a search of past posts to find the answers to my questions, but to no avail. 1) I play rollerderby and last week i fell and landed on my knee REALLY hard - and my kneepad wasn't where it should have been {groan}. nothing's seriously wrong with it (torn, broken) but it hurts. Can you recommend some exercises to help facilitate healing? Or should I stay away from using it altogether until it gets better on its own? 2) what about Kundalini and menstruation? should i be more lowkey during my periods or does it not make a difference? i feel like i had another questions, but now i can't remember. oh well, if i think of it later, i'll ask! thanks for any insight, k Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
