It is very wonderful method the clean and open up the ear cannels. The candles remove all the ear wax and dirt that has built up over time. They also can help to open up sinuses too. You have to do it once a week for six weeks in order to achive a full cleaning. The ear cones are not cheep, they range in price from about eight to fifteen dollars per set, but it is worth the money. You can buy them is most new age or health food stores. The best ones are called King Cones and if I am not mistaken you can place a phone order or order them on line.
