Sat Nam,

Has any fellow yogis out there had experience with torn cartlige

(miniscus) in the knees?I've put up with the condition for some time ,

but now is painful all the time, making even sitting in "easy Pose"

excuciating. I'm hopeing a cortosone shot may help the condition

temporarily (until surgery can be scheduled)and allow me to be able to

participate in Summer Solstice activities. Oterwise it may be a very

long week !!
