So great to hear that you are using natural healing remedies! Vitamin C and

MSM work together synergistically (a therapeutic dose for someone your size

would be 1000 mg. of vitamin C to 1000 mg. MSM 2-3 times daily).

Heel or Hylands remedies or any other homeopathic Arnica taken internally

and applied externally will help as well.

Hello,

Being a heavy long distance runner (210 pounds for 5 feet 10) I had knee problem

since august 2004, after a trek in himalaya.

I am 56, and radio show everything is allright, except for the fact excessive

stress softened my knee cap.

The meds say, after the MRI, that the only thing I can do is wait, and that I am

in the process of recovering.

What they didn't know was that the recovery began with MSM (methyl sulfonyl

methane). As for inflammations, harpagophytum (in tablets too) is as efficient

as cortison, without any drawbacks.

I live in Strasbourg, France, and we have here a swiss school herbalist shop.

I learnt what I know from books and internet.

I went back to himalayas in may 2005, using sticks and walking prudently.

And simple herbs, not meds, put me on the way of recovery.

Greetings from France

Jacques De Schryver

Sat Nam Jacques, and thank you for the information on anti inflammatory

herb. I have knee problems as well, dislocation and

subsequent surgery in 1972. I have frequent swelling in the joint.

Happy trekking!

Joan
