My questionsare : when your Sadhana is to practice as a meditation Kirtan ,Sat ,and Sodarshan Chakra Kriya, A previous kriya is necesary and any kriya the same? or some exercises to warm up are enough? The relax after Sat Kriya is the same time that this or half time is enough? Wich times are the minimum for beginners in this meditation? Thank you for the answers and Blessings to all.
