However, the water has to be lukewarm and not cold. Please try only "laghu" shank Prakshalana i.e. Take about 2 glasses of water and perform those six exercises. Repeat this two more times in continuation. Doing 'laghu' shank prakshalana is quite safe and does not need any specific precautions. However, it should be attempted once a month because in the process of shank prakshalana, lot of salts/minerals/vitamins are also washed out. Regards, K.L.
