Do a web search for Hindu squats and push ups. Do not be discouraged if you come across a lot of weight training web-sits. If you can not find any information on them I will post them for you. Peat is on the right track, the push ups are related to sun salutations, I noticed that yesterday when I tried them out for the first time.
