Sat Kriya: 26 times per minute - 10 minutes (any of the ways mentioned in yesterday's post to Peat and Awtar Singh) 2.. Spinal flex sitting on heels - 10 minutes (5 sniffs inhaling to a straight spine, followed by 5 sniffs exhaling to a slouched spine, 2 minutes, then increase to 10 sniffs for 2 minutes, 15 sniffs for 2 minutes, 20 sniffs for 2 minutes and 25 sniffs for 2 minutes 3.. Alternate shoulder raising - 10 minutes, exhaling forcefully with each raise of a shoulder, i.e., breathing similar to kapalabati 4.. Pranam (sitting on heels, forehead and arms on the ground before the knees) 10 minutes. Another Sat Kriya series: 1.. Sat Kriya: 108x 2.. Frog: 60x (powerful breathing, inhale leaning forward with weight on arms while straightening legs, exhale down with a bounce) 3.. Sat Kriya 108x 4.. Frog: 30x 5.. Sat Kriya 108x 6.. Frog: 15x 7..
