Sat Nam!

I have recently started to contribute to this group without ever

introducing myself.

I start kundalini yoga in 1995 and took the teacher training in 1996. It

was the best therapy I ever had. I came back home from New Mexico with a

new energy of such power and freedom and openness. My friends were amazed

at the transformation. I have been practicing Sat Nam Rasayan (healing

taught by Gurudev Singh) since 1996. And I have been studying (yogic)

numerology since 2001.

I have a PhD in Biostatistics. I love golf, hiking, traveling, laughing...

I was born in Belgium so I speak French, lived a year in Congo, came back

to Belgium and moved to Gatineau, Canada (close to Ottawa) when I was 5

years old. I moved to the US to do my PH.D (at the University of

Washington, Seattle) in 1984, and have been in the US ever since.

What I enjoy most is to help others with awareness so they find their

freedom and share their gifts more freely! This mailing group is a

wonderful way to connect with everyone, and share what we know so openly!

Dear Krishan Shiva Kaur

Thank you for your warm welcome. I appreciate what you say about networking,

but right now I feel I can get all the advise and support that I need right

here in this forum. I am located in the Western US.

Hello Awtar!

What an interesting life you have lead! You must have a wonderful assistant

director who believes in you very much!!! (and who has a check for you as

well.) Seriously though, I didn't know some of the stuff you wrote. I'm

impressed.
