I have heard that there are couple of extraordinary exercises exists not very much known called "Indian squat" and "Indian push ups" which are suppose to be extremely effective (and very difficult to do in the beginning)for weight lose and body tone. Is anyone knows what is it? All I could find on the google is Indian squat-for toilet using. Will appreciate your input.
