Guest guest
Sat Nam! I have been a yoga practitioner for more than thirty years, living in turbulent and also breath taking a beautiful Jerusalem in this very "hot" part of the world. I have been doing Kundalini for the past few weeks, after I registered in your website; I find it very re-energizing. Otherwise, I work independently as I find most of the yoga groups and classes quite elitist and expensive. For me, introducing people to yoga is a way to change their lives, so some stick to it forever and others go seek more Orthodox avenues for practicing. I sometimes carry out seminars for Jewish and Arab children. We do chanting and animal asanas and some dancing and it's usually a lot of fun. Does anyone have an idea how to introduce Kundalini to children or is this discipline something that they know intuitively? Kids are often very scared in this part of the world because of all the unrest so I try to give yoga for peace. Awaiting your remarks, suggestions...
