Guest guest
I am new to this group. One of my friends faces this problem of chronic constipation. He has been told his nabhi is displaced. Is there any yogic kriya to relocate it without causing any side effects? He is based in Middle East so not sure if he can get an instructor easily as in India/US. What other precautions should he take in food habits to remain safe from constipation? Thanks, B...
Guest guest
Bhanu: I need more info before I can answer you. Different people react differently to foods. So it hard to generalize. But it is worth asking him first what his diet consist of and figure out if there is an imbalance: Does he eat enough fruit and vegetables for instance? If his diet is balanced, I would start figuring out where in his life things don't flow right, where does he feel stuck, if anywhere. That's all I have without knowing more! Guest guest
This is called shifting of solar plexus. This can be checked by slowly shifting the thumb around the naval and if the nabhi is really shifted you will find a hard zone at the shifted place instead of naval zone. You may take a small bowl keep it on naval zone, burn camphor in it and place a slightly bigger bowl/steel glass upside down over it after letting the air is displaced by the camphor vapours. The atmospheric pressure will cause the outside bowl/steel glass to stick to it causing a negative pressure inside. Pull upside the glass slowly till the nabhi comes to its normal place. Hope this may help you. Harish I am new to this group. One of my friends faces this problem of chronic constipation. He has been told his nabhi is displaced. Guest guest
Sat Nam Look, there are some really good nabhi kriyas in gururattan's book names "KY for a heart centered world". Pick a short one and keep do it for at least 40 days. Those kriyas are very strong so you must to do it with minimus times on your begginngs, you can extend intervals after some time. A mainly vegetarian diet and high volumen of water drinks can really helps too. Bye Har Simram Singh
