Sat Nam, best way is to find a KY yoga teacher, begin your practice

and "learn" or "experience" or "understand" the "control" we all have

over our own environments. Couldn't begin to advise anyone from a

distance. Best advice is to begin.

Sat Nam Kim!

Begin the practice of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. If you can not

find a teacher near you, Guru Rattan has excellent on-line lessons for

beginners; www.kundaliniyoga.org which I am sure you have found already if you

are

here! Start with Lesson 1 and work your way through. As you progress the answer

to your question will be clear, your body(nervous system), mind, and spirit

will become so strong you will not want to turn the volume down! :)

Blessings in the Light!

Guru Ravi
