Guest guest
Siri Ram: I wish I could tell you... it's been more than 10 years... I don't remember what I taught. I just opened a book practiced a set and taught to friends. We were rotating the teaching and practiced teaching to each other. Then I taught students I was not rotating the teaching with. I tried to teach what I had an interest in and I made sure I practiced the set on myself first. I lived with a community of people that were running a yoga studio that had been running for more than 25 years with various people living there over the years. I could teach there. So that was nice to start that way. After I left that yoga studio and community to live a more private life, I had to start finding my own students. They did not teach me that in teacher training @:-) ! Awtar Singh Rochester, NY > Sat Nam, > > I thought it might be nice for people to share their > first time teaching a public class.
