Guest guest
Hello, Everyone, I just wanted to report that I have just completed 1000 days of Sat Kriya at the 31-minute level. I have been doing Sat Kriya daily (along with my regular sadhana) since April, 2001. I started out at 11 minutes each day, then increased to 22 minutes each day, and have now completed 1000 days at 31 minutes each day. I feel great! Sat Kriya has a tremendous grounding effect. As I perform it, all sorts of mental impressions arise and recede, but I remain in the center. I think I still have much more work to do. I intend to continue to do Sat Kriya daily until I feel guided to the next step. Sat Nam, Steve Porter -- A. Guest guest
Sat Nam Steven! Wahe Guru! congratulations. I'm up to 15 mins and eventually to 31, working on observing pain instead of reacting to it right now. I have some questions. How much yoga were you doing? I find I need at least 30 mins a day with 15 mins SK. It seems we celebrated this last year, did you do another year just for the 31 mins? Were you using rock or easy pose? And palms together or fingers locked? Thanks for sharing Deva Singh Kundaliniyoga, "A.
