Guest guest
Hello all! There is such a wealth of knowledge in this group I trust you might give me some guidance. I have been doing Sodarshan Chakra Kriya for almost 90 days now. When I do, I find all manner of very mundane issues popping up in my mind; chores to do, problems to solve, etc. It is as though the din of the world creeps in and takes over. This is not the case with other meditations. Any thoughts? Sat Nam Gurprasad Kaur
Guest guest
I have been doing it for 1 1/2 years now! Yes, it does it to me as well. I think Sodarshan excells in bringing forth the subconcious so it doesnt eat you up.... I suggest you just let the issues pop up and then keep trying to bring your thoughts back to the wahe guru and dedicate the experience to god...... I believe Christ said something about offloading your burden onto him for his yoke is light and ours is heavy. That's the thought that suddenly hit my head yesterday morning during the meditation; i believe we are transfering our burdens to God. >I have been doing Sodarshan Chakra Kriya for almost 90 days now.
