Guest guest
Dear Athula, This is great that you are getting ready to start your KY practice. Below are a few comments on your practice plan. You can tune in either first or after silent meditation. > 11 minute silent meditation Center in body and breath Tune in with mantra Ong Na Mo Guru Dev no mo > Passively be with breath > Actively slow down to 4 or less per minute > Sit Calmly and be silent > > Nabhi Kriya to set the Navel Center * Make sure you relax after this. Tune in with mantra Ong Na Mo Guru Dev Na Mo * You do not have to tune in again. Once at the beginning is enough. > Step A to F given in the On line tranning > > Bhanda Exercise > Apply Root Lock and relax it > Apply Diaphragm Lock and relax it Apply Neck Tongue and eye Locks and relax them > > Asana > Veerasana > Suptha Veerasana > Parwathasana > Sarvangasana > Wajrasana > Pranayama > Uggai Pranayama > Suriyabedana Prnayama Do the root lock after each of these exercises. In KY we do a set rather than individual exercises. You can either pick another set to do in addition to Nabhi Kriya or hyou could do the above exercises as warm ups before Nabhi Kriya. (I am not sure of the names of these postures so I can't really comment on them.) Yes, the pranayama can be done at the end as a meditation. > Totally Relax -with Swasana - 10 -15 minutes Finish with silent meditation and 3 long Saaat Nams. Yes and enjoy. Let us know how you feel. Again it is great that you are moving to the next step. Blessings, Gururattana :+)
