Dear Ahmad:

What you are describing does not appear to be out of the ordinary. Release

comes in many forms. The fatc that your eyes are watering is a good sign

given the bruning sensation you are experiencing. It seems that this kriya

is worksing for you!

Drink lots of clean (filtered) water!

Blessings, awtar

Sat Nam Ahmad,

I concur with Awtar on this. This is all a very healing release

and process.

As we are working with Inner anger, and the seat of anger, in

terms of Asian medicine, is the liver/gall bladder meridians, and

the issues in this meridian often find expression through the

eyes, it is totally normal to have some adjustment taking place in

and around the eyes. Additionally, each of the Five main

Elements correspond to one of each of the five Main senses,

and for the eyes that Element would be Fire.

Regarding the shaking, your nervous system is getting used to

energy flowing freely through it again and in the proper

proportion. I suggest you consciously follow and amplify the

shaking for a few short minutes by breathing into it and your

solar plexus. Lay down on your back, place your left hand on

your heart and your right hand on your forehead for part of it.

Keep your eyes closed!

The Sympathetic nervous sysytem corresponds to the system

of Sight. The Sympathetic, in short terms, is the "Fight or Flight"

aspect of our nervous system. The "DOING" part of our being.

The Parasympathetic, is accessed/adjusted through our sense

of hearing and relates to "resting and digesting", reflection,

receptivity, etc. The "BEING" part of our being.

You're doing well in choosing this yoga set amd meditation. All

I might suggest is getting a hold of a Gong CD (or a Gong), and

play it loud during your layout after the yoga but before Kirtan

Kriya. Place your hands at the navel point and let it "take you out".

Remember to allow your Breath!!

The Gong will help you heal your Parasympathetic Nervous

system which will allow your Sympathetic Nervous to release

and flow a lot better.

Keep a journal of your thoughts and feelings

Sat Nam,

Dharam Singh (in LA for a while now)

P.S. I did this very same set for 96 days back in '89.

Your awareness is increasing of where you are blocking the

flow of energy/Prana in your body. This is "classic" that you are

now becoming more aware of the tightness at the solar plexus

and diaphragm, where most people block experience and

expression of their softer feelings.
