I have done some yoga in the past. Currently, I am reading THE EIGHT HUMAN TALENTS. I am out of work (as a hospice social worker) due to vertigo, neck pain & neuralgia. I do some forms of healing work--Reiki, IET & Magnified Healing. I am married with 2 grown daughters & 4 grandchildren---all blessings!!!!
