Guest guest
Sat Nam, Try three minutes of stretch pose. Even three one minute repetitions of stretch pose. Then take all five fingers of your right hand, closely bunched together and press into your abdomen just below the belly button. See if you can feel your navel pulse. A good strong pulse there will tell you it is set. If the pulse is off side to side or high or low then it needs some adjustment. There's an excellent article by MSS Gurcharan Singh in the Intermediate Meditation Manual (sic?) that describes this and advises yogic solutions.
