Sat Nam everyone,

Thank you all for responding. I had a feeling the only way to listen to

gong music is without headphones, I just wanted to make sure. When I am did

my layout this morning, I had the headphones on, and it was not so bad. I

broke out in a small sweet for the first three or four minutes of the lay

out. I could feel a slight vibration in my solar plexus area.

Unfortunately the person I am living with is my mother, so I do not think

offering her a set of earplugs would work. However, she does enjoy some of

the mantra CDs I have. Maybe if I am feeling really bold one morning I just

might risk it. It seems to me the more healing I do or any type of progress

I make, the more agitated she becomes towards me. At this point I just have

to tip-toe around her and keep quite about what I am doing to move on with

my life.

I guess I will have to do the meditation when she is not around if I want

the full effects, in the afternoon sometime. I would really like to do it

right after my sadhana's though. I will just have to deal with the

neighbors, that is ok.

There are only a couple of yoga centers in Philly that have KY classes and I

would love to get myself to one of them, the only thing burning a hole in my

pocket is lint. One of the yoga classes I took did have a gong in the

studio, but she had to stop using it, because the neighbors were complain.

At this time my financial situation is not so good right now, I'll just have

to add the headphones to the list.

PEACE LOVE AND ALL LIGHT TO EVERYONE, "Light is our final end"

Sadhana Seva

Philadelphia, PA :)
